Hi, I need to see a doctor. You'll have to come to the drop-in between 0800-1000.
Compared to the surgery where my wife is registered and has to make appointments, the drop-in surgery here is first class. I've always had very personal and excellent service from reception and medical staff alike. Phone consultations work really well too.
Initial sign up a bit tricky, however once registered all ran smoothly! Receptionists understandably busy but perfectly pleasant and Dr Syme fantastic. Was accomodated quickly and left feeling my issue was dealt with very thoroughly.
Agree 100% with the reviews regarding rude receptionists and disinterested medical staff. Have since moved practice and the difference in care and basic professionalism/ decency is night and day.
Call for appointment 6 Feb and the earliest available is mid March. And it tends to be same case always. Should we predict our illness with 6 weeks in advance? I didn't think so. They get 2 stars since the Medical Staff is certainly very good
Great professional enviroment literally combination of alphabets wont be enough very happy with the Staff and Drs Specially.Wish them good luck for future endeavours
When is someone going to take notice of these complaints! Just adding to the list of complaints in regards to the receptionist at this medical practice. She is rude and condescending. Her manners in person and to people on the phone is atrocious. If you don't like your job. Leave.
The reception staff I've found to be lovely, thoughtful, helpful, friendly and sincere. I've had to phone for emergency appointments and they were just the best. Thank you x
The doctors and district nurses attached to the practice have been excellent supporting my Father.
We've had a lovely experience at Eyre Medical Practice and we're sorry we'll need to change GP's due to moving into a different area!
I've been a patient here for 4 years now. As a French expat it is not always easy to understand how the NHS and medical services are working in the UK but this medical practice is just brillant. The staff is lovely, very helpful and always here to give advice. Very easy to have appointment on same day. Dr Calvert is the best.
Absolutely lovely practice. Now that I moved and had to stop going there, I miss it so much, things there actually make sense with appointments! Just be prepared to wait ~15 after the appointed time, the only issue.
Welcoming and very knowledgeable staff, I was just stopping in for a bit but I saw many others come through and get sorted quickly with either what they asked for or a recommended alternative.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was easy to use, quick and easy.
Professionalism and care you won't find anywhere else in Edinburgh, let alone anywhere in the public healthcare sector. Dr. Cobb is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone.
GP Plus is a wonderful private practice with excellent care and service.Dr Peter Copp has looked after my family for over 15 years and his standard of care is first class. I have so much trust with his medical decisions and any
As a patient of this appalling medical practice, I feel compelled to write this review. Going through a sensitive medical matter, I had called the practice front desk to gather some information and make an appointment to see the GP who was
Been very good to me . Help me A lot. Join Cunningham
Usually the waiting time is one hour. I have been struggling with my foot toe from last 8 months and they are not able to help me out.
I think this is the best practice I have ever been registered with...always helpful and know their stuff, I trust what the gps say ! If you're lucky enough to be in their catchment area don't hesitate!
The reception, doctors and nurses have always been great and I've never had too much trouble getting an appointment.
