The poorest run company I have ever seen, internal politics rife with racism and hate run this business. They fire people for ridiculous reasons and without adequate notice. If you want to work for this company I suggest looking somewhere else

My Father has been there for 3 years and it has been a very positive experience for Dad and the Family. The food is excellent and the staff are fantastic. It is privately owned and the residents are treated like family.

I don't mind these guys, they're alright.The only thing they need to improve on is the cleaning of the dining area. The plastic table cloth wasn't looking healthy when I went there last.

Totally disappointed in this service used to help find a respite care facility for my father, trusting their knowledge and experience. The Agedcareplanning consultant recommended a place where the nursing staff failed to recognise symptoms

Absoultly disgusting on how they treat their workers. Completely unfair on when their staff need days off and bully them into feeling guilty. They offer 0 support and aren't even honorabl enough to call members with bad news they do it over email or get some one else to do it. Complete cowards

Nice biulding which is new. Care on occasion has been secondary to cost. Services have reduced from originally experienced. They will never put service levels in writing as you will see from the brochure. There are good people working here

My father spent 3 months at St Teresa Aged Care Facility. During his stay he was well respected and cared for by experienced friendly staff. I found the facility clean, bright and well organised. The strong European culture helped my father feel more at home.
