Disgraceful. Biggest let down ever. Booked them 2weeks in advance with a 15 email trail they still mucked up. Settlement day today and casually called them at 11 to confirm 2men and a truck were coming at 1pm having arranged it with ‘Karen Dube’. Woman answered phone and told me truck was booked for tomorrow at 2. Words cannot express how disappointed I was and then being told I was a liar after me telling this woman who had ‘been away’ to check all the obvious emails. Stuck with all boxes and furniture ready to move, let down my incompetent people. I’m lucky I called them. Incredible. No apology, no nothing.
