Receptionist didn't use system properly so we sat there and sat there while others came and went. She didn't even stop to think for a second that we had been waiting until I approached her. Then she was more interested in taking phone calls than attending to us. It was frustrating. Level of medical care very average. Not going back.
More focused on getting three appointments out of me (so three charges) for a specialist referral than doing their job properly.

Poor service and attitude. Do yourself a favour and find a clinic where the staff and doctors can be bothered helping their patients. Apparently being a medical group with 20 clinics means that you don’t need to bother being at all helpful.
Had a 10:30 appointment and was seen at 11:15. 45min wait . There were 5 patients before me!I can understand 1 patient / 15min delay, but they don't care about your time. Other clinics send a courtesy message saying there's 15m delay.
