Delicious food at reasonable price. Friendly and efficient staff. George the owner was very warm and welcoming to guests. Would recommend.
Delisous food, nice clean restaurant and friendly staff. Only down side was wait staff did not ask if we needed drinks, they lost money due to this 😁
Gave a review of 1 simply because no option of zero rating . Called at 930pm Sunday night asking for a takeaway dessert . There was much background noise and many people seated at tables in restaurant as I drove past
Great place for casual dinner with friends left absolutely satisfied good value for money!
I was excited to go here as I used to their absolutely sensational dishes. However, I went with my wife to have our favorite mix gyros meal. First of all, the chicken and beef were cold. I told the waitress "the food is not hot", she took
Fantastic food great value for money been going to this place for years and never disappoints!
The food was very fresh, prepared well and decent size serve. Will be back again soon.
Very nice food. Everything that came out was fresh and served hot.
Good food, friendly staff, good value. The green curry chicken and massaman beef was very nice, highly recommence. A whole fish deep fried with tamarind sauce very yummy.
Awesome fish dishes. Best steam and fried fish in the whole world.
Came in for lunch at this nice cosy restaurant . It was packed so we waited to be seated. There was just one wait staff so he was a little grumpy but food were all served very fast and efficient. We ordered the Sarawak laksa, it was okay
This is a small little cafe but it delivers with taste. The Sibu mee is excellent. Kolo me looked very popular as well. Will be going back again.
Very delicious handmade noodles. They even do gluten free one for an additional dollar. Not often we get good eastern Malaysian specialty food in Melbourne. They come and go but i hope this one gets to stay. Head chef seems to be
Sarawak laska is not bad. The kolo noodle bbq meat is nice but too small a serving and only a few slice of meat.Noodles are claim to be handmade so it’s a bit on the chewy side. Overall not bad however Don’t expect Super friendly service though. Just be glad to have a table at busy times
Noodles are OK. No real issues. I would rate a 7/10. Suggest allowing customers to choose size of dishes ordered. There was bit too much noodles compared to the meat you get with each dish. Good thing the food doesn't leave us feeling really thirsty.
One of my favourite malaysian restaurants in Melbourne. Great cereal prawns and home made tofu on a sizzling hot plate. Cant go wrong with a meal here. I'd recommend booking as it often gets quite busy.
Recommended by a friend but was a bit sceptical at first. You would definitely have to book for dinners to avoid waiting for a table. Service is great although during the peak hours you may have to wait a little longer but good tasting food
The day we went to Jonker St, it was packed! ( day 4 of Chinese New Year). Food was not bad and "Yes Sang" was pretty good too. I can see why this place is popular with expat Malaysians. Authentic down to the noisy tables and crying baby. Worth a second visit.
Amazing homely Malaysian restaurant! The food was amazing and the staff were very helpful and nice. Would recommend coming here if you haven't tried. The lunch menu is also fantastic and great value!
I was disappointed with the meals we had. They were very average and the Pan Mee was sub par. Service was friendly and the restaurant is well presented. Parking is plentiful. Meal prices are reasonable.
Good dim sum variety during the Chinese New Year :D
Great little spot for vegan yum cha, they do all day yum cha! Wasn’t very crowded on a Sat night probably because they are out of the way but the food was great, esp vegan in the burbs!
Hands down the best Yumcha I’ve had in Melbourne! Ordered the dumplings and they were absolutely phenomenal!! The chef hand makes everything and you can really taste the difference.
Great food and really friendly service. It is certainly a challenger to Vegie Mum.
My colleague speaks highly of this restaurant and strongly recommended me to try their food. I must say that they well deserve the good reputation. Yummy food and good service. Very tidy place with classic Chinese style decorations.
Sushi & Sashimi Bentou quite good. A bit too expensive.
Taste are so good, but serving are not enough for an adult.
Very friendly staff and amazing foods... Taste that closest to Japan... thought I have gone back to Japan...
Absolutely amazing and beautiful atmosphere. Staff were superb could not fault anything, most welcoming and beautiful. Best Japanese restaurant I've ever had and Japanese is my favourite cuisine 😍
Went to Celebrate a friends Birthday tonight, We were greeted with smiles and a huge welcome. This place was full, we shared the eggplant 🍆 dish which to our surprise was deliciously flavoured, and the
Great local Greek restaurant with lovely food and BYO option. Great dishes especially for meat lovers. Tried the meat dish for two and everything was perfect. Not a huge range of vegetarian food but still the lovely lady helped us to put some sides together to create a vegetarian dish. Nice and helpful people, will definitely go back.
My first time trying Greek food. Their platters gave good variety for all to enjoy.
Great tasting food, good sized portions but somewhat expensive
The service is great and food very good. Plenty of parking most of time.
Great food, Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Will return again.
The service is absolutely second to none. The staff are attentive, funny, kind, and knowledgeable. The our meals were delicious, full off textures and different levels of flavours. We had 3 courses that were portioned and spaced out perfectly so that you leave feeling full but not stuffed.
Completely concur with the 4.7 star rating. Such a lovely restaurant (that delivers beautiful food and service without feeling completely formal). No real faults, with the exception of it not being open Sundays (or Mondays).
Fantastic food and staff. It was a great night. Will come here again.
Great food great service but again the forceful tip at the end of the night holds me back from giving 5 stars. Feeling uncomfortable after paying very high prices is a no go.
Just discovered Tenders Trap yesterday. Ecxellent service. The quality of the food is good. Would have given 5stars if not for the dry aged beef which is too raw & not seasoned well. Will be back to try the other dishes
Slightly more expensive than other places but it is good value for money
Best pizza I have ever had in Australia. Deep pan is amazing and always consistent! Please open one in South Morang
Excellent service, best pizzas in the district, never disappoint.
Definitely worth it. It was worth justifying $20 for a pizza as they were ginormous. They weren't stingy with their toppings and had thin or thick crust choice. My family has been going here for at least 11 years and they never disappoint.
Went to try this place as they were supposed to sell Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. We had the Godfather as well as the Beef Supreme. The pizzas were great and full of toppings and flavour. Definitely would go back.
Voted one of the best pizza in the world back then. Was a sceptic but definitely agree. Had the best margarita in Naples and this is definitely very close to it, be it the presentation and also the taste. The ambiance was really good too.
Best pizza and pasta iv ever had, just a whole new experience to pizza. Calzone was just the best thing iv ever tasted. Very impressed.
Fantastic pizzas. Recommend the truffle one!
Excellent pizza base and balanced flavoured mushrooms risotto. Their chips were very crunchy and calamaris were fresh and tender. Will definitely be back to try out some more pizzas.
Just look at the pizzas and you can tell they taste good. Great for large groups. Service was excellent too.
Great food and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Great tasting food. Sampled 2 great Entrees, marinated chicken sticks and gyoza. The pork belly was the star of the show.
It is such a lovely and cosy restaurant for family gathering or gatherings. They have my favourite soft shell crab sushi there, their beef noodle is to die for and I love their homemade daifuku (best I have tasted so far). Their staff are so friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this place.
Fast, fresh and so delicious! I ordered the chicken katsu curry don which was hot and crispy and all round yes. Definitely try their famous strawberry daifuku! It has a red bean paste filling with a whole fresh strawberry covered in a mochi shell that is chewy, soft and so so yummy. Will definitely come back to try the other dishes!
A hidden gem run by legit Japanese crew. Fantastic, authentic Japanese food unlike 99% of "Japanese" restaurants in Melbourne. And decent prices too.
Very tasty burgers, and great selection of sides. Had to wait a while for a table, probably due to its popularity, but certainly worth it. Consider ordering online for takeaway if you don't want to wait. Highly recommended
Friendly service, food came out fast and chips were extra crispy . Burgers were good
Literally a perfect burger. The interior of this place is actually really big for a burger restaurant, as well as being well decorated with comfy seats. This creates a sense that people
Tried this place for the first time. Wasn't blown away with the dishes I ordered. The chips and kale salad were well made, chicken nibbles had a nice kick with the spice although could be more tender. Blue grenadier was the most average
Great food and a nice atmosphere. I had a burger with avocado that was really great. Not too huge, but just the right amount of food. They also had a wide range oc ice cream so that's always a plus in my books. Staff was friendly and came
Polite service, great food.
One of the best roast pork on offerTheir roast duck is also delicious
Small restaurant with great food. Everything on their menu is delicious. Great for dining in or take away for those lazy weekdays where you can't be bothered cooking. Highly recommend their roast meats.
Really good taste, I can taste the heaven in one single dish. So enjoy the experience of my dinner here. 5 stars for sure.
Great food, quick cheerful service. I had the roast pork on rice. Pork was crispy with just enough layer of fat. Only downside was the rice was a little hard when it didn't have the sauce on it.
Quality food . Quantity is also too good . We ordered delivery twice and both times we were very much satisfied.Highly recommend this restaurant
First time here and the experience was great !!! Nice ambience, good food, good serving and free stuff during take away were the highlights of our visit.
Great value for money here , I usually get uber eats from here and they are very generous the 25$ curries come with rice and breads and other assorted items . Flavours are great and if you like spice just ask for hot its good hot ..not throw away hot
Lovely place to have a fine Indian dining. For me it was my first time and didn't expect much but surprisingly it was amazing. We just ordered some entrees for a quick snack and were gr8. I hope the other dishes are also gr8. But lived it and would recommend it to anyone else.
This gets bookmarked as one of my favourite Indian restaurant. You will be amazed with taste, food quality and quantity. Simply superb!!!
Excellent service and flavoursome fresh sushi. Perfect for a summer evening. Great value for money.
Had my kid’s 5yo birthday celebration here and thought was good. They did stuff up the booking a bit which means we had to wait for an hour before we start our teppanyaki. The food was good and service wasn’t bad either. They cut the cake and added ice cream with it which was nice of them. Good experience.
Spacious Japanese restaurant with tasty food. A good range of cooked food and sushi from the a la carte menu. Raw sushi presented nicely. This place also offers teppanyaki which we had for a work Xmas party one year and it was great food then too !
Food was amazing!! Sushi was melt in your mouth!Service staff were friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to return!
Enjoyable food, atmosphere and friendly service.
Brilliant food.Service was exceptional. As a baratric patient who can't eat much they were so so accommodating.
Definitely fun experience. The interaction with the Chef makes it a worthwhile experience although the food quality and price can be a be better. Staff are also friendly and tentative.
We were gifted a voucher for Ichiban Restaurant and it did not disappoint! Service was great and the food was delicious! Our chef did a wonderful job on our meal and the experience itself was really good. Would definitely recommend. We will be back 😊😊
What a fantastic experience. This is definitely more than your average restaurant. A must go 2 place. I'm still laughing from the experience
Great experience! Great food. Very friendly staff. Amazingly responsive to customer service and some things were done intuitively without even asking. All the food was fresh and tasty. Exceeded expectations. Brought out our own Birthday
Great KBBQ venue. Staff are extremely prompt and the service quality is exceptional. Price wise the venue sits on the upper end and expect a meal to cost between $40-50pp for the full KBBQ experience. Delicious none the less!!
Best K BBQ in the East! Great service. BBQ cooked for you at the table if you like. Cuts of beef is fantastic. A little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
A great Korean barbecue restaurant! Plenty of parking around and generally very busy so you’ll definitely want to book in advance. It’s a much nicer place compared to some the ones e.g. in box hill. We got the premium set which is supposed
Went here with the family and my ten month old son and experienced Korean bbq for the first time. It was so amazing, such fast service and amazing food. My son even sat for an hour and a half and tasted everything himself. Very family friendly and deserts were amazing!!!
Professional, friendly service. Easily catered for my allium (onion & garlic) allergy. Very clean premises and staff all immaculately groomed. Food fresh & delicious. We will be back again soon!
The best meal we have ever had when dining out. Barramundi with Prawns and cream sauce.....superb.
Great food and service. Best local restaurant in Donvale.
Bought a large takeaway pizza for $18. The Palermo. Pizza was definitely the size of a small compared to the pictures on Zomato. Not kidding here. About 3/4 of the way to the sides of the box. Enough to feed 1. The old man who took my order
They are now open for breakfast and lunch. Had a wonderful breakfast with family.
The food is spectacular! Great service too :)
Food was alright, I've had better elsewhere though.
Noodles are freshly made, great texture. But the Ipoh Hor Fun and Pan Mee we ordered were under seasoned, had large portions of noodles but lacked a decent proportion of protein and other condiments. Lohbak was good however, Teh Tarek
So good. Curry laksa and fish head rice noodles are delicious, special Malaysian taste, this is a good friend's recommendation, because it is so delicious,
Fantastic restaurant for families out at dinner!Staff was very friendly and not afraid to give us recommendations. Food itself was tasty and certainly not bland as some may have pointed out.
Amazing food. Just like the old rasa malay.lamb Roti chanai and beef rendang is the same and there are a few other old favorites there too like ipoh combination....
